A Friendly Intro From The Kembali Folks

Welcome to Kembali…

We just wanted to make a quick introduction and say hello, since many of you out there don’t know Kembali yet. Of course you’ll find all of the critical information on the other pages of our website, but we thought you might like to get to know us on a more personal level as well. We take our program very seriously here, however, we also want our clients to know that we’re not all walking around in white lab coats with clipboards. Far from it, in fact. Our primary aim is to see you succeed and get clean, but we’re here to help you to relax and take it easy as well. Our clients should feel welcomed, empowered, and connected to others, all while learning how to enjoy life in sobriety. Moreover, we want you to enjoy the magic of this island paradise that you’ll potentially be calling home for 28 days if you choose our program.

For those of you who aren’t already familiar with us, we’re a brand new, licensed drug and alcohol rehab in beautiful Bali, Indonesia, located just outside the popular town of Ubud. Our Kembali villa is close enough to town to give you access to everything Ubud has to offer, but far enough away from the crowd to give you the privacy and serenity you crave.

If you’re considering rehab and this is your first foray into sobriety, then you’re in for a massive life change which we know can be scary. You’re also doing one of the most admirable and nurturing things that you can do for yourself, and we’re here to guide you through in a way that should prove to be thoroughly transformative for you on many levels. And guess what? We like to have fun as well — we firmly believe that laughter is the best medicine. We’ll be getting down to business, of course, but we’ll make sure that you have some downtime to socialize with other clients, dive bomb into the infinity pool, and tell jokes around the fire pit at the end of the day. We’ll also be heading out on lots of cool excursions, and if you’ve never been to Bali before, prepare to be blown away by what’s very appropriately been deemed, “The Island of the Gods.” It’s a beautiful island with a lot to offer. Check out our Excursions page to learn more about what’s on the adventure menu.

While we do employ a traditional treatment approach, we love to share that many of us are in drug and alcohol recovery ourselves, and those of us who are know exactly where you’re at. Because we’ve been there. One of the most powerful aspects of recovery for many addicts is the power of connection — connection with others who understand what it’s like to be held in the grips of addiction. And also who’ve experienced firsthand just how awesome life can be in recovery.

We’ve made a special effort to incorporate a more holistic approach into our program, bringing you an East-meets-West style experience that shouldn’t feel overly rigid and clinical. It’s a unique experience that promises to help you bring more balance into your life, while instilling practices that we hope you’ll take with you into your everyday lives, even after you leave Kembali. By participating in Tibetan bowl singing meditations, yoga, breathwork and other holistic therapies, clients will have an experience that’s undeniably Bali while still receiving the traditional treatment that’s foundational of all accredited rehabs.

Make sure to navigate your way around the site so that you can gain a better understanding of what we’re all about. Our Team  page will tell you more about each of us, individually. We’ll also continue to deliver a steady stream of recovery information, along with the latest Kembali news, right here on the blog.

Thank you for visiting Kembali Recovery Center’s site. While our hope is that many of you perusing are either already clean, or not battling addiction in the first place, we’re also looking forward to meeting those of you who’ve not yet taken the plunge and are ready to. Kembali is a great place to get clean.

On behalf of the entire Kembali staff, we’d like to wish you a lifetime of peace, serenity, and freedom from drugs and alcohol, one day at a time. Please feel free to let us know in the comments below if there’s anything you’d like to see more of on the blog. We’re all ears (and eyes). You can also reach out to us privately through our Contact page. Om Swastiastu (“greetings as well as prayers”) from Bali…
