Profile

Biography

Ricky brings a calm, compassionate, and reassuring presence to the Kembali team. With a nursing background and more than six years of experience in addiction treatment, he has worked in government hospitals across North Bali, including intensive care, surgical wards, and as part of the frontline nursing team during the COVID-19 pandemic. He later chose to dedicate his career to addiction recovery, where he found his true passion for helping people rebuild their lives.

At Kembali, Ricky supports clients through every stage of their recovery, from managing the challenges of withdrawal to developing healthy routines and preparing for life after treatment. His caring, patient, and non-judgemental approach helps clients feel safe, understood, and supported throughout their journey.

Ricky believes recovery is about more than overcoming addiction—it is about reconnecting with yourself, building healthier habits, and creating a life you can be proud of. His goal is for every client to leave Kembali with greater confidence, self-awareness, and the practical tools needed for lasting recovery.

Outside of work, Ricky enjoys skateboarding, exploring Bali, spending time with family and friends, and maintaining an active lifestyle. For him, skateboarding has taught valuable lessons in patience, resilience, and appreciating small steps forward—qualities he brings into his work every day.

For Ricky, every sober day is an opportunity to grow, embrace life's challenges, and become the person you were always meant to be.
