The Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual Model
Our rehab program is designed around the Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual Model which utilizes strategies of self-awareness, trust, empathy, education, and informed intuition. We also incorporate the twelve steps as they relate to drug and alcohol recovery, and clients will have access to meetings on site. Most of us have benefitted greatly from AA (Alcoholics Anonymous) and NA (Narcotics Anonymous), and we believe that a long term solution is in the steps. We encourage our clients to maintain their twelve step programs after they leave.
Learning to Live a Balanced Life — the Key to Success in Long Term Recovery
Combining this effective model with a healthy dose of extracurricular activities, in conjunction with a variety of self-care practices like yoga, breathwork, massage, and meditation, sets clients up for success, moving forward. The majority of our staff is in drug and alcohol recovery as well, and we’ve found that a healthy and balanced life, along with program maintenance through the twelve steps, is the key to long-term sobriety. As folks in twelve-step recovery like to say, “it works if you work it,” and we’ll provide you with all of the tools necessary to continue the work on your recovery journey for the years to come. Meanwhile, we’ll teach you how to enjoy all that life has to offer without drugs and alcohol, one day at a time.
“Success is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out.” —Robert Collier
